Singer, Britney Spears' father James Spears successfully wins the conservatorship of his troubled daughter's life. Superior Court commissioner, Reva Goetz had ordered Britney Spear's manager, Howard Grossman to hand over "all documents, records and assets relating to Britney Spears" to James Spears.
Since the day Britney Spears was admitted to the hospital, her parents aggressively fought the battles in court to take control of her daughter's life. Britney Spears was confined to the psychiatric ward at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles on January 31st, 2008 as she was allegedly drugged by her friend and self-styled personal manager Sam Lutfi.
On the day Britney Spears' father won the conservatorship of his daughter, Britney Spears' mother Lynne Spears successfully filed for a restraining order against 33-year-old Sam Lutfi, Britney's friend and self-styled manager. Howard Grossman on the other hand said that he had no association with Mr. Lutfi whatsoever at all.
James Spears, who has decided to see his 26-year-old drugged-daughter Britney Spears safe and sane after her release from the hospital is now all set to sack her manager, Howard Grossman first as his first task. The insiders believe that James Spears, who will now become his daughter, Britney Spears' manager and business companion, will clean the stables of her daughter's past life by sacking and removing every other staff that includes personal assistants and companions. The parents are now seemed to be committed to their daughter's life and career. A source close to the couple said.
