HOLLYWOOD actress Cameron Diaz, regularly voted one of the world's most beautiful women, wants a nose job.

But the 34-year-old says that her reasons for wanting to go under the knife are practical rather than aesthetic.

Diaz says a surfing accident four years ago, in which she broke her nose for the fourth time, has left her unable to breathe properly.

"I'm getting it fixed. I can't take it. I cannot breathe at all," Diaz told W Magazine in its December edition.

"One side of my nose is totally shattered. My septum is basically like a train derailed."

The star of There's Something About Mary and the Charlie's Angels films also railed against paparazzi who track her and boyfriend Justin Timberlake.

"Something happened in our industry, in our society, and there was an explosion of this really aggressive group of people," says Diaz, who has had several well-documented run-ins with photographers in recent years.
