Spears' family changes keep coming

The day after Britney Spears confirmed to David Letterman that professional inseminator Kevin Federline has once more accomplished the only thing he is good at comes word that the newest Spears-Federline offspring's birth might be covered in a custody agreement.

Life & Style magazine says Spears and her family - sans Federline - recently met with an attorney and discussed the possibility of a divorce.

According to the celebrity mag's spy, the idea is to come up with a plan, then spring the surprise on Federline. advertisement

The publication of Spears' cunning strategy may not necessarily tip off Federline, as the man who once rapped about being harassed by the evil, camera-toting "Pavarotti" may not know what those squiggly things printed next to the pictures mean.

Spears' rep denies the report, but the magazine's spy says Spears is fed up with Federline's partying ways and has laid down strict rules banning smoking and drinking in her house.

Her life in perfume

In other Britney Spears news, the singer says the evolution of her career can be tracked by the names of her signature perfumes.

The perpetually pregnant pop princess previously released the frothy, youthful Curious and Fantasy, but says her newest scent, In Control, points to her newfound sense of womanly power, Knight Ridder Newspapers reports.

Says Spears: "This perfume is for empowered girls who want to take over the world." Or marry chronically unemployed fedora models.

We can hardly wait for Lopsided Custody Battle, Jenny Craig Spokeswoman and, finally, Casino Circuit.
